In this episode, we hold a conversation around the seasons of healing and growth that we are moving through ourselves. How do we know when it's safe to use our own real-time experiences to support our clients or to guide the work that we do?
So often we hold ourselves back from sharing the vulnerabilities of our own journey until we have a clearly defined way of presenting ourselves that doesn't jeopardize our authority or expertise. But what if our current experience is the easiest way to access our clients at the level they are ready for us to? What if by trusting ourselves to be more fully IN our experience...we open ourselves up to leading them beyond expected outcomes and explore more intimately what it means to hold space for their experience to lead the conversation.
