In this episode I share about mental fitness, being happier and Positive Intelligence.

  • Mindfulness is a good starting point for improving mental fitness.
  • Mindfulness cultivates present-moment awareness, clarity, and focus. It helps reduce stress, anxiety, and cortisol levels.
  • Incorporating mindfulness into daily life enhances overall well-being and resilience.

Mental fitness is about taking care of the mind, nurturing connections, and developing inner resilience.

  • It involves practicing positive habits and being gentle with oneself.
  • Mental fitness enables better handling of life's ups and downs.
  • It increases self-awareness and helps identify unhelpful patterns.
  • Taking care of mental fitness is as important as physical health for a happier life.
  • Cultivating non-judgmental awareness helps develop positive neural pathways and productive habits.
  • Positive Intelligence coaching can strengthen mental fitness further.
  • Three core mental fitness muscles: Saboteur Interceptor, Self-Command, and Sage.
