This week we talk with Zack Kovacs. Zack is a white belt training out of North Coast Jiu Jitsu and has been training with us for about a year. He is also an Army Infantry Veteran and wrestler. His experience in Army combatives and years of wrestling make rounds with him a bit more challenging than the average white belt!
