Alejandra Duenas' 3 C's Method of transformational life coaching focuses on helping women heal mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She runs an online, 12 week life coaching program from her home office in Broomfield, CO. In this podcast with Dr. Jay of the BioSoul Integration Center, she lays out some exercises she uses to achieve deep mental/emotional and spiritual healing for issues like lack of confidence and self love in women, problems that are often connected to traumas in childhood, or traumas that occurred while in the womb, or even before that, traumas that were carried through the lineage and deeply held in the body, and therefore, beliefs.
