This podcast was created on Monday 1 January 2024. This is my first ever podcast and I am intending to produce two episodes a week. I was a distressed baby and almost died after I was born. For many years I suffered from numerous cognitive challenges. Through these series of podcasts starting with today's episode titled, "How I shook Off Autism - The Beginning (Part 1)", I will narrate all the things I went through and how I was able to break out of these limitations. My story is a message of hope for parents of, children and adults diagnosed with autism.
