Quote: “I think it is the responsibility of every executive in the organization to make a clear commitment to elevate and eliminate toxic behaviours in the organization.” Dr. Loubna Noureddin

We have all experienced so much change in the last few years due to the pandemic. We have been in a fairly constant state of flux and have had to learn how to adapt pretty quickly to whatever was happening at the time. Now that many have or are moving toward returning to work in person, we’re again in that state of change. On this episode of Authentic Living with Roxanne, we’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Loubna Noureddin to share her unique perspective on change and offer tips on how leaders can make it less stressful and transition more successfully when necessary.

This was such a great interview packed with so much inspirational information that we decided to turn it into a 2-part series. Here’s the link to Part 1: https://roxannederhodge.com/doing-change-right-and-the-ror-with-dr-loubna-noureddin/
