Hey mama! Maybe you're wondering, is it safe to run through my whole pregnancy? How long can I, or should I keep running? Running is a big part of my lifestyle, something I love, or something I need to maintain for my military fitness...how much can I keep pushing myself? What should I know & be mindful of as my pregnancy progresses through each trimester?

When exercising pregnant it can be hard to know when to adjust, when most of the advice we hear is to just keep doing what you were doing, or listen to your body without any specifics -- or it's all conflicting messages.

  • 8 Key Yellow Lights that will help you know what is too much for your body & pelvic floor

When I learned all of this through my certification as a Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach it was so eye opening. It gave me an immense peace of mind. With my first pregnancy, even though I wanted to keep pushing & challenging myself in fitness I had so much anxiety about what's safe & what's not, because there's so much conflicting information out there on google and everyone says different things and gives you different opinions...so I just erred on the side of caution.
