In a world where everything is overwhelming and stress is the common norm, giving yourself a time to breathe and reflect is a luxury. But it doesn't always have to be this way.

I have been meditating for 14 years, and today I'm excited to share some basic practices that might just totally enhance your life - like they did mine.

Meditation is for everybody. Even my daughter likes it! You don't have to be a yogi or be super flexible. The only skills you need to have? Breathing and sitting - the most basic thing we can do.
