Embracing Change & Reinventing Yourself with Pamela Thompson
Manage episode 432960151 series 3313788
Life transitions can be hard! And women in midlife and beyond are very much in a transitional phase of life.
Growing older, experiencing changing bodies and hormones, divorce, losses, career changes, relocating, empty nest….the list goes on.
On this episode, I had the pleasure of speaking with Pamela Thompson, a coach and author specializing in guiding women through midlife transitions to achieve improved health, happiness, fulfillment, and inner peace.
Pamela introduces us to her "Art of Change Framework," designed to help women REINVENT themselves by focusing on:
- Creating an optimistic mindset
- Getting support
- Finding the right tools and processes
- Integrating self-care practices
Plus, we learn why leaning into intuition and creativity is pivotal for women in midlife.
“All these things are essential for us to transition, to reinvent ourselves, to embrace change. When we resist change, it has negative impacts on our bodies, our minds, and our relationships. But when we learn to embrace change. We flow with it.” -Pamela Thompson
Highlights Timings:
