It was a great pleasure (and with lots of laughter) to talk with my old friend and college Phil Clubley, who not only is a fellow kinesiologist, but is also the current chairman of the Kinesiology Federation, the UK's largest dedicated organisation for kinesiologists.
We explore kinesiology (I mean for those who don't know, wtf is it, how do we even say it?) and how it can be used for helping to keep us healthy and resolve issues on a number of levels, his role as the UK chair and the challenges the last year has brought and his thoughts for the future of medicine with kinesiology as an active partner.
