53. Day 6, 31 Days to Enhanced Self-Esteem

Today we tackle habits.
New choices create change.
If we repeat these new choices, they become a habit.
Habits become part of who we are and who we are is our contribution to every situation.
We're going to build on yesterday's theme of worthiness and its connection to self-esteem. Our 5-step process today centers around crafting a mantra that will support a change in how we feel about our worth until it hits the habit stage and becomes part of our improved self-esteem.
Here are the steps:
1. Stillness to Find Truth
2. Ask the Question: "Am I worth it?"
3. Listen for your truth to define "IT"
4. Craft your Mantra
5. Use the snot out of it.
