Sex has the potential to have therapeutic effects on our mental health, much like plant medicines do. And much like plant medicines, the benefit of sex happens when we pay attention to set and setting. "Set" refers to our mindset/beliefs about sex, and "setting" refers to the context. Many people never experience their sexual potential because of cultural conditioning.
