Robyn Lambird is a non-binary Australian Paralympian, creator, advocate and all round incredible human being. Born in England and raised in Western Australia, Robyn was diagnosed with cerebral palsy at the age of nine.
Despite only getting into para athletics later in life within a few years Robyn took home the bronze medal for the 100m T34 at the Tokyo Paralympics and became the first Australian non-binary Paralympian to finish on the podium.
Robyn is a fountain of inspiration and a big ball of feel-good energy. In this conversation we cover motivation, the importance of working on your mental game, taking time out, rituals, habits, how to chase down your dreams and SOOOO MUCCCH MORE!!!
