In this episode of the Wealth Consciousness Podcast, I’d like to share with you an issue that comes up so often with our client members as they first come into our programs. Many times, they ask, why can't I change? Why is it that I still have some weight to lose? Why is it that I still haven't managed some health issues? Why haven’t I built the business I envisioned?

Why is it that it seems so hard to make changes at work or in relationships? Hard-working entrepreneurs that I work with on a daily basis don't need to be told that they need more discipline. The hustle & grind isn’t sustainable, sometimes our thinking can be outdated and just like business processes and rules that need to change as our business grows and scales, we also sometimes need to change the rules and processes in our thinking.

We invite you to the idea of doing a hard reset. We're going to talk about reset, refocus, and realign. The idea of reset, refocus, and realign is just like updating our apps on our phone, right? We're going to update the story. We are going to move through the tolerations that have been just the stories and limiting beliefs that we've told ourselves about why we don't have what we want. We want to start noticing what helps us to stay true to ourselves, what helps us to move through tolerations and be able to focus on staying on course regarding our goals, both personally and professionally. When we put a stop to our habitual self, our conditioned self, we're able to reset, refocus, and realign, we now have updated the business rules.

We challenge you to change the story, hit the hard reset, tell the story that is actually the ticket, to your end game. In this episode we ask to challenge yourself and ask these questions:

What do you tolerate in your own gap between where you are and where you want to be?

Where are the limiting beliefs in your tolerations?

What are the daily habits or patterns that either are feeding this toleration or starving it?

What is the condition self and how can we change the narrative?

What can changing your story do for you?

What would you have to believe to create real change?
