Have you heard the new hot topic of gaslighting? What is gaslighting? Find out how it is the opposite of validation on this episode and why people are talking about gaslighting now.

In today's episode Lindsey Huttner, an anxiety therapist and coach, will be talking all about dialectical thinking. Two opposite ideas or feelings can be both be true at the same time. Once we embrace both truths we have much less turmoil. For example someone can have trauma from their mother and have a great relationship with her today. Both things are true.

In Action Item of the Week Lindsey challenges you to practice dialectical thinking and replace "but" with "and" in any sentence. See how it really changes the dynamic and energy of the sentence.
