We all spend a lot of time in our kitchens, right? It truly is the heart of the home. We are also all in a season of transition of school ending, summer gear kicking into high and having a lot of fun as a family!
Meals shift with the seasons but the fullness is always there. Fullness in schedules, making meals, snacks, tidying.
Today’s episodes is “diary of a mom” with a few little tricks I have learned along the way. The goal is to maximize your investment into your health, have your food last longer, and your meals flow a little easier.
