Talk about a motivating podcast! In just 2.5 years time, Clarence Watkins went from 325 lbs and seriously overweight to 195 lbs and competing in a body building competition. And not just competing, placing better than half the field!

On top of all the inspiring motivation that just oozes through this interview, the one thing I want you to take from this is the importance of taking things at your own pace.

Clarence’s key to losing all that weight was going at a pace that was most suitable for him…

So often, people get too caught up in the need to compete against others - not Clarence. He started his journey slowly, at a pace that was right for him. The next thing you know he’s down more than a dozen pant sizes and on stage, strutting his new body for the world to see.
