This is the conclusion to our conversation with Heather Linden from the UFC Performance Institute. We discuss what the mindset is of a fighter when they are training and when an injury occurs, and then we also get into the mental aspect of getting back to competition after an injury. Heather has seen it all when it comes to the MMA athlete, and is able to give a lot of insight on how to treat this patient population, especially ones that are trying to get back to competition as soon as possible. This will be our last episode for season 2 until we return in the fall for season 3, and we couldn't have asked for a better conversation. Let's Goooo!!!!
