We finally get to sit down with Heather Linden, Physical Therapy Director for the UFC performance institute in Las Vegas. The combat athlete is really unlike any other athlete and treating them takes a different mindset, and involves using every aspect of your toolbox to make these athletes successful in their sport and in their lives. Heather has been working for these athletes at the highest caliber for a number of years and her expertise makes her one of the most sought after PT's for combat athletes everywhere.
