Everything changes when you learn that you have a life-threatening health condition. This can disrupt all aspects of your life and plans. On this 10th episode of the Restored Hope Podcast, I have the privilege of hosting the amazing Funke Oguntade aka Mizura. Funke shares her journey of being diagnosed and living with Cervical Spinal Stenosis. Accepting what she cannot change and how she navigates through with the support of family and friends.
Despite the health challenges she faces on a daily basis, Funke still goes out of her way to help, support, and encourage other people. She encourages women to take breaks from their busy schedules, to love, and take care of themselves. Funke is a mother of two young adults.
