Hope Kaser, IU Athletic's Assistant Director for Athletic Dining, joins us as we pull back the curtain on how her and her staff pull off such a monumental task, week in and week out. Hope also shares her work with Hoosiers Outrun Cancer/Cancer Support Community South Central Indiana and why it's so personal for her. From clocking in at 5 am, to feeding the athletes from all 24 teams, Hope never stops and has a truly inspirational story we can all learn from.
