Prior to joining Mount Sinai, she conducted postdoctoral research at the University of California-Los Angeles, focusing on understanding certain neuropeptides' impact on stress. When I launched this podcast, I never could have imagined the amazing community that would grow around it. I set out to create a space for meaningful conversations about mindfulness, leadership, personal growth, and social change, and I am so grateful that so many of you have joined myself and the amazing guests on this journey. As I mark this 100th episode, I want to take a moment to thank you, our listeners. Without your support and engagement, this podcast simply wouldn't exist. Your feedback, comments, and messages have inspired us to keep going, even when the road ahead has been tough. Especially in instances where, I wasn’t sure if people were connecting with the podcast or whether it was even having an impact!
