Welcome to Episode 92 of The Madhappy Podcast. This week, we are excited to welcome Maddi Bragg onto the show to learn more about her mental health journey throughout the ebbs and flows of her social media & restaurant careers.

We kick things off as Mason asks Maddi about her entrance onto the YouTube platform (5:55) and how it evolved once she picked up a large following in her teenage years (10:40). Maddi shares more on the realities of moving to LA alone before she was eighteen (14:53) and speaks to why she decided to take a break from social media in 2019 (23:45).

Mason and Maddi talk about Maddi’s motivation to rejoin social media with food-centric content (26:26) as the two discuss the stressors of social media and how the landscape has shifted since Maddi’s first YouTube channel (34:54).
