Join me in this episode with Brooke, a woman who articulates the role of sex and sexual health in a way not commonly found in the modern literature on sex. Brooke is a Clinical Nutritionist, Naturopath and Kundalini Yoga Instructor.

In her early days of practice she traveled the world setting up health retreats and consulting to the rich and famous. She has helped models, actors, musicians and even Royalty. She was asked to be a feature writer on women’s health for Elle Magazine and has written columns for small local rags.

Brooke has twenty years of experience and specialization in helping couples to conceive naturally. Consequently, this led her more recently to also consulting as a professional sex coach for women and couples. While she treats physical and mental sexual health conditions Brooke is also incredibly passionate about creating an environment for women to connect with themselves and discover their sexuality on more than just the physical level.

She describes sex as being a spiritual and emotional experience that results in a full body orgasm. She believes that every woman has the capacity to enjoy sex in this way. In fact she says it is their birth right.
