We have finally made it to the last day of the seven day rising challenge. This has been absolutely amazing , a healing experience, and I am so grateful that you all decided to share this journey with me.
We have to understand that sometimes life will life, and to remember to be gentle and patient with ourselves, but also being consistent definitely helps. Listen to your body and remember to trust your intuition.
