From CBT and visiting a dermatologist, to helpful additions such as assorted thimblettes and Philip Hue light bulbs which are phone-operated through Wifi (great for when you're wanting to take charge of triggers such as bright lights!). We also chat about Yael's journey with medication to help as well as why it's important to remove yourself from toxic people around you, to increase self-acceptance.
