This week on The DEEP Life we are excited to bring you another inspiring conversation with Mark Dini. Mark previously appeared on episode 127 and today he is back to help us explore our relationship to food and how it affects our health, happiness, and overall state of well-being.

Food plays a major role in all of our lives. Whether it is a source of great joy and happiness, or anxiety and dread, it is a part of our everyday lives and is inextricably linked to our health.

Throughout the conversation, we talk about how different events and experiences can influence how we perceive and relate to food and how in turn, that relationship affects the rest of our lives. We also cover the importance of our mental and emotional state while eating, how our relationship with food, like all relationships, is a reflection of our relationship with ourselves, and share helpful tips for creating a healthier, happier relationship with food.

Mark is a functional health & optimization coach who helps his clients reach optimal health using a root cause approach incorporating peptide therapy and functional blood work.

Mark is passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health and reclaim their lives by educating them on science-backed alternative approaches. Through personalized, holistic strategies he guides clients in addressing the underlying drivers of their health concerns, rather than masking symptoms.
