On this episode of The Bucket Lister Podcast, Keith is chatting with Craig Brookes.
Craig recently joined us on one of our Kilimanjaro treks. However, this wouldn't have been possible for Craig a few years ago when he was battling depression and other mental health issues.
Craig didn't want to use medication to battle this and instead used a combination of putting himself on camera to explain to others and the great outdoors to cure himself.
