Are you overweight and either have pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes, and are ready to lose weight so you can reverse T2D?

Excess weight, especially around the waistline, can lead to insulin resistance—a condition where the body's cells become less responsive to insulin. This resistance disrupts the regulation of blood sugar levels, contributing to the development and progression of type 2 diabetes.
