In today's conversation, we are privileged to talk to Connor Sahely, a young man doing some incredible things.
He's passionate about fueling the fire within others and creating safe spaces for people to exercise through his initiatives - Cold Water Club and Oliver's Hill Run Club.
His battle with mental health and how it led him to find purpose through movement-based challenges and raising money for charity is absolutely inspiring.
