032: Vitality Part 2

Last week Karen and I talked at great length about Vitality, and as usual we went way over time so have had to turn this into two episodes!
Out of the four pillars of vitality, outlined by Pedram Shojai in his recent movie Vitality, which was our departure point for our discussion last week, we only managed to cover healthy diet and good eating practices, so this week we continue by covering the other three ‘spokes of the vitality wheel’ since they all interact and nurture each other. We need to optimize each one in order to experience true vitality.
We also have to learn how to really live from a holistic perspective and take personal responsibility for our total Body/Mind/ Spirit wellness and vitality. So we at Expanding Times are here to help YOU in all areas of your health, wellness, zest for life and vitality and if you need any support at all from us we are both more than willing and able to respond to that call. Sometimes it can be hard to find a medical practitioner who recognizes the need for an integrated approach to medicine unless you’re really discerning and fortunate.
But we believe that good health is categorically the basis for higher growth and evolution, personal growth and AWAKENING!!
Which also means including healthy emotions, enlightened spirituality and flourishing relationships as well as sound physical health: in fact we need to foster our entire lifestyle.
So ask yourself these questions right now.
How am I living? And what could I do to be more healthy in all areas of my life?
Vitality is based on energy which comes from a regular intake of clean food, enough water and oxygen, regular muscle building exercise and sufficient rest and regenerative sleep as well as a positive mindset.
