Boundaries have been a huge theme for me in the over the last 4 months. Setting and holding new boundaries for myself within my self care, my relationships, and my business, has been so rewarding and necessary during these chaotic times.
I've learned a lot about setting and holding my boundaries that have really served my personal and professional growth over the last 12 years of running my business.
So within this podcast I share my top tips for getting clear about what you really want, cutting out the stuff that you know is weighing you down, and holding the boundaries necessary to create your dreams.
