Have you ever felt anticipatory or anxious on your way to the river (or whatever adventure)? I love listening to meditation music on my way to adventure as a way to ground and center and set intentions for my say. This podcast episode is a meditation/mindfulness practice that can be done (with small adaptations) while driving to the river, sitting in an eddy on the river, or prepping around the house for the river. I guide you through a sequence that allows your physical nervous system to relax and therefore calms your mental system as well. If you're someone who gets those pre-adventure jitters, THIS IS FOR YOU.
