I sat down with Adam Patterson of SMA Support Services to discuss the time that sales people are being forced to waste. Sales people generate your company revenue when they're out in the field, why take them out of it? Why make them handle adjuster appointment setting, meeting setting, etc etc. Let them go out in the field and earn you money! Create a support staff to enable that. We also touched on Private Equity's entrance to roofing and forecasted the impact on the industry over the next 5-10 years.
