Welcome to fabulous February! In this episode, we talked about the program we're running at our headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida. It started with body composition assessments, with a caveat!
If you’re not going to make a change, don’t even get on the scale, because it will only lead to frustration!

What’s the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, expecting different results.

If you want change you’ll have to do something new and different and it doesn’t have to be dramatic.

Tiny little changes add up! We provided a few examples of small changes you can make that will make a large impact on your physique over time.

ALSO... Be careful with the stories you tell yourself. If you are constantly thinking, “I’m fat,” you’ll always be fat because that’s your identity.

Use the ladder of believability to achieve results when you really want something (10 out of 10), but you aren't sure you can actually get it. When you set a smaller, more realistic milestone, you can get your belief to a 10 out of 10, and that will help you reach the goal.
