Mike has been curious and then it is suggested by Angie - How do you deal with the voices in your head? We all have some kind of voice in our head ranging from our parents to monolog to the thoughts that we have trouble quieting. I personally have a constant monolog in my head where I sometimes narrate my own life or test out ideas before presenting them to the world. But also I do have voices from my parents and experiences in life that I share stories from. Stress, life choices, excitement, and of course the lessons you learned growing up all play a part in the noise in your head. I give you some solutions that have worked for me to quiet some of the noise, drop some of the bullshit, and then come to love what was left. This show is all about my stories but it is really about the shared human experience and the only way to share is to have you participate. So I need more questions from you!
