It’s almost the New Year and that means that so many are focusing on New Year's resolutions. I want to suggest a different way to look at New Year's resolutions in today’s episode. I am sharing my own struggles with resolutions and the things that often prevent us from achieving these goals. I want you to shift you perspective and focus on self-discovery and understanding rather than setting specific goals. It’s important to use this time to self-reflect, take responsibility for our actions, and step out of our comfort zones. I suggest that you look for God’s presence first and foremost and the blessings that we have in our lives. God’s highlight reel of your year looks a lot different than what a typical highlight reel of the year may look like and I encourage you to find that in this year!
