Do you ever find yourself snacking endlessly at night? Trust me, you’re not alone! In this episode we’re going to be talking about why the evening is such a common time that we struggle with food, and what you can do to slow down and be more mindful so that you can eat in a way that supports what your body truly needs.

I’ll be breaking down the top 5 variables that contribute to overeating at night. Some of them are nutritional, some of them are psychological or emotional and the key is figuring this out. This episode will help you to narrow down what’s going on that is leading you to snack in a way that ends up being frustrating.

Once you have clarity on WHY you eat one snack after another at night, then you can work on making some adjustments to help yourself eat more intuitively and with kindness towards your body.

So put on your PJ’s, grab a blanket and let’s explore!
