Let's get real for a sec. We all know how challenging it can be when the world bombards us with mixed messages about food and diets. So how on earth are we supposed to make sense of our own relationship with food - let alone teach our kids to be normalized eaters so they don’t end up with terrible body image and a lifelong battle with food?
