Most people with chronic headaches, fatigue, and pain will readily admit “my posture isn’t the greatest”.
What most people don’t realize is how closely connected their symptoms and their posture/structure are.
The even bigger problem is we have all been told lies about how our posture/structure actually works.
In this video I dispel the posture/structure myths and give you the full story on how it actually works.
Once I understood the real game I was playing, everything changed in terms of how I could impact my posture/structure.
