Teresa Dixon from Intrinsic Performance, is a leader in her field on movement and has the philosphy of 'don't wait to you break'. She shares with us a wealth of knowledge on why it is important to be connected to your body and understand how you are moving so that you reduce injury, feel stronger and move with ease.

She is a BodyMOT Coach, Intrinsic Biomechanics Coach (MOVEFREELY instructor), Aromatherapist and Clinic Neuromuscular Therapist.
