No matter what illness or discomfort the body experiences there is always a solution. Most lifestyles and diets are appropriate if they bottom line is finding balance and that may look different for each person. Stress leads to disease!

Michelle Berzack is a long time holistic chef formerly trained in the Macrobiotic lifestyle brought to America from Japan by Michio Kushi. Along with being a chef Michelle is a biologist and expert vegetable gardener. For over 20 years Michelle has experienced and tried out many ways of healing, landing on the most effective method which is listening to what her body and mind do through conscious practices. Instead of following the guidelines of one method or one practice Michelle takes something from every country, diet, practitioner, and person she has come across. After seeking Tibetan doctors in India, exploring foods of Japan, Thailand and North Africa, living according to strict Macrobiotic guidelines, eating only raw foods, then vegan foods, vegetarianism, Paleo (vegetarian), Ayurvedic, even consulting specialized doctors in America, Michelle has come to the conclusion that working to achieve a state of equilibrium is what leads to healing the body and preventing disease.
