We all have different challenges depending on our circumstances. How do we find the support we need when we have encountered a traumatic experience?
- We have a Spiritual Self to rely on divine power.
- Through prayer we can receive guidance for getting support.
- We apply the answer of where and when to ask for help.
- Then we may concentrate and attend to our needs and the care of others.
- Two examples are given that demonstrate the steps to take.
