As usual we talk about a bunch of stuff and I have ADHD real bad y'know so I can't remember like all of what we talked about nor can I remember always to take notes about it so I tend to just remember the thing that stood out to me the most which might not even be the biggest part of the ep but IDK that's just the nature of me and this thing I guess. In this ep I got pretty emotional talking about when I got my ass into therapy at a tough time in my life and that discussion stuck out to me the most so. That's what this description says.
