This month, we’re focusing on creating time and space in your life to prioritize what truly lights you up. In this episode, we tackle one of the biggest time wasters—procrastination. Inspired by Mason Cooley’s quote, “Procrastination makes easy things hard, and hard things harder,” we’ll break down why we procrastinate, the hidden costs, and practical tips to overcome it.

💖 My challenge for this week mamas is:

Pick one thing you’ve been procrastinating on—just one—and get it done. Start small if you need to. Once you’ve finished, take a moment to celebrate. Notice how much lighter you feel without that task hanging over your head. And then, let that momentum carry you into tackling the next thing.
