What do you want for your weight this summer? Today I am going to be talking about being intentional this summer with your weight loss goals. As school gets out it can be a time of transition which can often times feel stressful. We lose our routine and the next thing we know we have all these excuses to why we can't lose weight. So in this episode I talk about what would you like your summer to look like for your goals? If you are like most moms your week to week looks different depending on if your kids are going to camps, or being home all week or if you are traveling. Let's figure out what your goals are for this summer, do you want to keep on losing weight, maintain or be willing to gain some weight so that you can enjoy foods and friends this summer? I know for me that was the case before 2019 when I lost over 50lbs and kept it off and I want to help you lose weight the way that I did! I want to help you figure out why the weight is a symptom for something else going in your life, cause did you know, that weight gain is not usually based off of hunger issues, its not being fulfilled in other areas of life so we go for food for a quick dopamine hit or a quick fix. So, if you want to figure out how live life without worrying about what you are going to eat at the party, when you are on vacation and when you are staying in other people's homes without gaining weight then this session is for you. How it works is you jump on a 30 min. mini coaching session with me, we come up with a plan right then and there so you can implement it the moment we get off our zoom call. If you decide that you want to work that plan with me and have that weekly accountability for several months and dive deep to figure out what is really holding you back we can do that too. But there is no pressure to do that, if you just want to jump on and chat with me and get a plan to get you started that is perfect.
