I began my career in law before transitioning into family mediation and counselling. Over time, I developed a deep interest in trauma, childhood adversity, and neuroscience, which inspired me to shift my focus to writing and speaking. This change allowed me to combine my mediation experience with my self-guided studies into a self-help book.
My book, endorsed by Professor Stephen Porges and Petrea King, explores themes such as overthinking, overcoming adversity, and building resilience. Moving from the confidential environment of mediation rooms to the stage, I now share my insights and experiences with a broader audience, offering practical advice on harnessing overthinking for personal growth and self-awareness.
