This December, I’m bringing you The Farewell '23 Series, the perfect collection of New Year rituals to do at the end of the year to appreciate the past twelve months, reflect on our experiences, leave some of the unwanted energy behind, cleanse ourselves from it, and just keep what we do want to come with us to the year ahead. All four episodes of The Farewell '23 Series will air on Fridays.
