Today, we start the final series in our season on Intentional Leadership by diving into the topic of hope. Hope is not just wishful thinking; instead, hope is the belief that the future will be better and you have the power to make it so. This requires three things to be true: you must have goals, pathways, and agency. The good news is that you can develop hope for yourself and your team by intentionally building in those three areas.
