WISDOM QUICKIE 💫 The energy is dense and heavy collectively right now. after a poll on IG, you all shared that you were feeling rough, ungrounded and uncertain on how to stay in your own energy and remain rooted in what you know is right for you and your body as well as struggling to regulate the waves of overwhelm, fear and anger so I pray you find something in this episode that you can carry with you to ground back into when you need it most.
